Rayner Rameriz has worked as a photographer, carpenter, independent documentary filmmaker and a human rights observer in Guatemela. After attending Columbia University's Graduate School for Journalism, he went to work for Dateline NBC News, where he has worked for the past five years. At Dateline, he worked on numerous award-winning stories, including one on migrant farmworkers that received an Emmy. Originally from the Philippines, Ramirez has lived in New York for more than 20 years.
