Frank Green reports on adult and juvenile corrections, capital punishment and other criminal justice issues for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. He won the Thurgood Marshall Journalism Award from the Death Penalty Information Center in 1997. He has won numerous other national and state awards for his reporting. He was a 2001 Ochberg Fellow with the Dart Center for Journalism & Trauma. He has a BA from American University, in Washington, D.C.
