Chad Blair lives in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he is political reporter for Hawaii Public Radio. KHPR and sister station KIPO are broadcast or web-streamed throughout the state. Blair’s journalism background includes six years as an editor and writer with Honolulu Weekly. He also does travel writing, and teaches political science and English composition at area colleges. Blair received his Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Hawaii Manoa in 1996. He is the author of “Money, Color & Sex in Hawaii Politics” (Mutual, 1998).
